Who we are?
TSC Fitness is a local, independent functional training gym in Montana, Pretoria.
We are focused on working towards members optimal health and fitness.
TSC Fitness was founded in 2016 by Thinus Jordaan who believes that exercise should be
a lifestyle and fun while working towards your goals.
What we do?
We train the entire body the way it functions in real life.
This means we're carrying, lifting, moving, pushing, pulling and swinging.
We are focused on strength, endurance, power, core, mobility, flexibility,
speed, agility, balance, coordination and most importantly technique.
Every workout is tailored to your fitness level at the right intensity.
How we do it?
On your first day we will get to know all about you and your fitness goals.
We will monitor your first week of training to see your strengths and weaknesses
and strategise on how to work towards your optimal health and fitness.

TAEBO PILATES MIX (TPM)
TPM is a combination of Taebo and Pilates. Taebo is a total body fitness system that incorporates martial arts techniques such as kicks and punches. Such programs use the motions of martial arts at a rapid pace designed to promote fitness. Pilates is a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

PERSONAL COACHING
Personal Coaching is Functional Training in a one-on-one setup. Whether you need help with weight management, improving your techniques, or need that extra motivation, 1-on-1 training gives you that edge. We personalise your program to be Sport-specific, Fat-Loss targeted, Muscle-Building or even getting Mobility.
